We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for LED panels only. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for non-defective returns. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and issue a refund. However, there is a 20% restocking fee for elective returns. If your lights are not working, we provide a 3-year warranty, and will replace the unit if it malfunctions for any reason. Warranty claims are also assessed on a case-by-case basis and may include replacement parts or troubleshooting support. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover customer damage or misuse.
