How do I cancel an order if I haven't received it yet?Updated a month ago

If you wish to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us at [email protected] with your request and provide your order number. We will proceed with issuing a refund for the item.  Please note that since tracking information is sometimes not uploaded from our warehouse until the end of the day, a package may have already shipped by mid-day and is unable to be stopped even though the tracking information was not sent yet.  We will however always make our best attempt to accommodate this request if possible.

Please allow a 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed and the reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
