My phone app is not working.Updated 2 days ago

If you’re having trouble with the app, please make sure you’ve downloaded the correct one for your light model:

BIOMAX Series Lights (not Pro)

⚠️ Note: This app works only with the BIOMAX Series lights. It is not compatible with BIO-Series or BIOMAX Pro lights.

BIOMAX Pro Series Lights

  • iPhone: The BIOMAX Pro app is still in development and will be released soon. In the meantime, you can fully control your lights using the included remote.

  • Android: Download on Google Play

👉 Common issue: Many users accidentally download the wrong app for their model. Double-check your light model before installing the app.

Troubleshooting Checklist

If you’ve installed the correct app but it’s still not working, try the steps below:

  1. Confirm Your Light Model

    • Double-check whether you own a BIOMAX or BIOMAX Pro light. The apps are not interchangeable.

  2. Check Bluetooth Settings

    • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings.

    • Grant the app permission to use Bluetooth if prompted.

  3. Update Your App

    • Go to the App Store or Google Play and make sure you have the latest version installed.

  4. Stay Close to the Light

    • For the first connection, stand within a few feet of the panel.

  5. Reinstall the App

    • Delete the app from your phone and reinstall it from the correct link above.
